Archive Policy
The organization of ITS archives as mandated by Law 43 of 2009 and PP 28 of 2012 needs to have 4 NSPK instruments (Norms Standards Guidelines and Criteria). The 4 instruments are:
- (1) Office Manuscript System;
- (2) Archive Classification Scheme;
- (3) Archive Retention Schedule;
- (4) Security Scheme and Archive Access Rights.
Archive Guide
In addition to these 4 main policies, the Archives Office develops procedures and work instructions so that the management of ITS documents and archives is carried out according to archival rules and standards.

ITS enhances student and staff skills through archival internships
Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (ITS) organized a National Archival Information System (SIKN) Certification Internship to improve the archival skills of its civitas. The activity, which collaborated with the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI), was held at the ITS General Administration and Finance Bureau Building for seven days, starting Wednesday (5/2).

PAPTI Award 2024 Competition Anugerah Insan Kearsipan
The Archives of the Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS) successfully won 2nd place in the 2024 PAPTI Award competition which was announced at the ICoASHE (International Conference on Archives, Social Science, Humanities and Education) International Seminar at the University Club (UC) Hotel Universitas Gadjah Mada. Tuesday (10/29/2024).
