Main Task and Function
Main Task:
- (1) Fostering, directing and developing the competencies and talents of personnel in the work unit;
- (2) Organizing work programs and activities that are in line with policies within the scope of multimedia archives and documentation;
- (3) Reporting the performance of the results of work programs and activities within the scope of multimedia archives and documents;
- (4) Organizing excellent service within the scope of multimedia archives and documentation with bureaucratic reform archives and integrity zones.
Functions:
- (1) Assisting in formulating archival norms, standards, procedures, and criteria;
- (2) Carrying out dynamic and static archive management, which includes creation, maintenance, processing, assessment and depreciation;
- (3) Implementing conventional and electronic document and archive storage activities;
- (4) Performing the acquisition of multimedia archives and document;
- (5) Performing the media transfer process into digital archives from printed archives;
- (6) Carrying out archival guidance activities for all archive managers;
- (7) Managing conventional and electronic-based archives.
