Socialization of Document Management System (DMS) Utilization Assistance to the Faculty
In order to support the usefulness & rescue of archives in the ITS environment, we from the Central Archives held a Socialization of Document Management System (DMS) Utilization Assistance to the Faculty which was held on January 10, 2024 at the University Leadership Development Center (ULDC-ITS) Room, welcomed by archive managers in the ITS Faculty environment, high hopes that archive management will be more valuable throughout the ITS academic community. with Document Management System (DMS) based filing features, to facilitate archive circulation services and centralized digital and electronic archive storage, with certain categories.
Archive managers in each faculty convey the condition of digital archives and governance in each work unit, and provide input regarding archive management in the ITS environment for further benefits to the realm of ITS students.
